Gyan Traditional
This class is a series of poses practiced in heated room to increase range of motion in the joints and strengthen the body. Standing, seated and lying-down poses are practiced. This class provides flexibility, strength along with relaxation. This class is perfect for beginners or new students. (Hot Yoga for beginners). According to great Yogis who developed Yoga Asanas, emphasized on holding the poses for certain length of time to get the most benefit out of Yoga poses. Gyan Traditional is the most traditional Hot Yoga practice. It has only poses and ony one or two Sunsalutation or flow. Gyan Traditional Hot Yoga is perfect for beginners.
Gyan Classic
Practice challenging yourself to your maximum without struggling in body or mind. Synthesize poses with breath, concentration and relaxation. Stretch and strengthen your full range of motion with front, back, side, twist and inverted poses that also work powerfully on all systems of the body – digestive, cardiovascular, hormonal, reproductive, nerves, etc. for radiant health inside and out.
Gyan Flow
Gyan flow is a kind of Hot Yoga that begin with sun salutation. Sun salutation is an active form of poses put together to give cardio workout and open energy channels in the human body. Gyan Hot flow is an excellent way to boost metabolism. Gyan Flow can also be described as Hot Yoga cardio. Gyan Flow Hot Yoga is perfect for intermidatae and Advance students. This class is excellent for people who find it really hard to practice beginners yoga since it focus more strengthening involuantry muscles instead of voluantry muscles.

Involuantry muscles:Muscles that contract without concious control and found in walls of internal organs. Example stomach, intestine, bladder.
Voluntary Muscle
Muscle that is connected at either or both ends to a bone and so move parts of skleton.
